Continuous Mixer Pumps

IMER continuous pumps are engineered for use with pre-blended mortars, underlayments, grouts, and fireproofing materials—ideal for high-volume applications that demand continuous, consistent pumping or spraying. Water is precisely metered and introduced into the mixing chamber to maintain a steady, uniform flow, ensuring every bag delivers perfect consistency without cold joints. Once the proper water ratio and speed are set, simply feed pre-blended bags into the dry hopper; the pump automatically blends and shears the mix for flawless performance all day. Cleanup is minimal—the hopper can stay full of dry material overnight, and the water booster quickly cleans the hose with little mess. Just restart the pump the next day and continue working seamlessly.
